Finding time for healthy habits

All the good gifts we receive from God have blessings AND challenges.
Every day we face stress and failing to manage it well can lead to mental, physical, emotional, and behavioral responses with a negative impact on us. Stress is linked to the 6 leading causes of death and is also implicated in a huge number of other addictions and medical conditions. Yikes.
So how can we learn to navigate the circumstances in our life allowing us to identify and maximize the positive impact which propels us forward, while also minimizing the harmful effects? The medical community has lots of helpful advice, but did you know the Bible does as well? During his time on earth Jesus experienced stress too and He has quite a bit to say on the topic.
This series will be filled with practical tools from God’s word for balancing things in life well (minimizing the days we want to pull our hair out) so we really can move from stress to rest. You are welcome to come and see, learn some things you might never have been taught before and evaluate ideas that just might change your life forever. Invite someone to come with you!
