Jazmyn Anderson

RK Intern

Welcome to Riverside!

My name is Jazmyn (though most people call me Jaz, Jazzy, or one of many other nicknames). I love every one of those names, but above all, I love God, my family, my friends, and my ferret, Lilo (and, of course, Lilo & Stitch!).

As the oldest daughter in my family, I am a natural nurturer, teacher, advice-giver, and shoulder to cry on. I am always eager to help, especially when it comes to serving God and supporting the people in His kingdom.

While I have had many passions over the years, the one that has always stood out is helping children learn, grow, and feel loved and understood. Growing up was not easy for me, and as a child, I often felt unloved and hopeless. But through those challenges, God spoke to me and showed me that things could get better. That experience sparked my deep passion for making sure children feel loved by those around them—and, most importantly, by God.

That is why I love teaching and helping children grow in their faith. I want them to know the greatness of God's grace and love. Every child deserves kindness, compassion, and love. By teaching them about the sacrifice Jesus made for all of us, I hope to inspire a passion in their hearts to fulfill the purpose God has planned for each of them.
