What to do upon arrival

Park
You will be greeted by one of our amazing parking lot team members who are here to guide you to the best spot. We also have multiple handicap spots if you have need for one.

Kid Check-In
Bringing your kids with you? Anyone on the greeter team can help guide you to the Riverside Kids check-in kiosk to ensure your kids are safely and securely checked in and cared for by our fully trained kids team.

Make Yourself at Home
On your way to the venue of your choosing, feel free to grab a cup of complimentary coffee and a food item. Our usher teams can help you find the best seat for you and your party.
Other things to know
Where ever you come from, or whatever your style, we’re glad you’re here! Whether jeans, or slacks, jackets, or hats—it’s all good.
If you need anything at all during your visit with us, any Guest Services volunteer with name tag can assist you—they are glad to help.
We hope that you will stop by Next Steps right after the service and give us the opportunity to meet you in person. Our pastors are always available and eager to say hello and welcome!
What happens after service?
We want you to know that you matter to us and would love the chance to meet you in person. The best way to do that is at Next Steps. Look for a Next Steps kiosk in the foyer after each service.
