You're invited to join RK Worship Crew!
Worship Crew is a chance for kids in grades 1-5 to get on stage and lead worship with their peers on Sunday mornings. It's a great opportunity for your kid to get out of their comfort zone and build confidence. Especially if they've got a passion for singing and dancing!
Practice will be held on Wednesdays (Sept. 17-Oct. 8) from 5-6:15pm in the Elementary room (at all campuses).
FAQ
- Do I need to sign my kid up somewhere? There is no need to register anywhere and there is no cost. Just show up to practice.
- Does my kid get scheduled to serve at certain times? No, we don’t schedule kids in Worship Crew. After kids get checked in, we have them sign in at the table where you first come in the Elementary room on Sundays. Then we know who’s available to help lead.
- What to wear/bring to practices? Wear something it’s easy to move around in. Tennis shoes are great. They are encouraged to bring a water bottle too, which they can refill at the water fountain.
- What if my kid can't attend every practice? We'd still love to have them because we want to encourage participation. However, it's still important to come to as many practices as you can.
- Does my kid still need to come to practice if they’ve done Worship Crew before? Yes. We’re learning new songs and it’s a great reminder about why we are doing what we’re doing.
