Passage: John 5:18

The biggest question about Jesus is 2023 is not if He was a real person, but the same question people had 2,000 years ago had about Him: Just who is Jesus? The evidence is clearly in favor that Jesus is Lord, and He invites you to follow Him.

The biggest question about Jesus in 2023 is not if He was a real person, but the same question people 2,000 years ago had about Him: 

Just  Jesus?

Jesus seems to be an  Person. 

If Jesus had only claimed to be a prophet, or a teacher, or a good person, or a moral example, or a religious philosopher or leader, or even a social revolutionary, very few people would  very strongly about Him. 

 

Jesus made it very clear who He was. 

He said He was . 

 

Note John 5:18; 10:30, 33; Mark 2:7; John 19:7

 

So Jesus leaves us with just 3 alternatives: 

  • He was a .
  • He was a . 
  • He is .  

Note Matthew 16:16; John 11:27; 20:28

 

The  is clearly in favor that Jesus is Lord.

And He  us to follow Him.
