Follow Along with the Message

Where Should We Go?

Pastor Tom Lundeen

Note Mark 1:38

Jesus' entire life and mission is all about  (note John 4; Matthew 16:21; Luke 9:51; Matthew 26:46).

So where does Jesus want us to go?

1. Here, , and Everywhere (note Acts 1:8)

There's no place on this planet God created that's  to the greatest good news of all time.

Jesus' command is  and comprehensive.

So what will be the  to get us to follow Jesus here, there, and everywhere?

2.  to See, and a Prayer to Pray

Matthew  is a remarkable chapter.

Note Matthew 9:12-38

Jesus saw people and their  need.

Do we see/notice them?

And Jesus tells us to  that all of His followers would respond to the challenge and opportunity to go.

Are you praying and asking God to help you be a part of His plan to  His Kingdom?

3.  Jesus' Prayer for Us

Note John 17:18

Jesus is praying that we will hear His voice and sense His  nudge and say, Here I am Lord. Send me.

4.  His Commission to Us (note John 20:21)

times in John's Gospel Jesus talked about Him who sent Me.

Jesus didn't come to do His own .

He stayed on message/ all the way to the cross.

What does it mean for Riverside to MULTIPLY?:

• Note John 3:16
• We follow Jesus who is always  (from heaven to earth, town to town, from cross to tomb to resurrection) to save us from our sins.

• Will you go by praying for lost people and for Jesus' Church () to share the greatest good news?
• Will you take a step of ...?
• Will you take a next step in following Jesus today and sign up to get baptized...?
• Will you say 'YES!' to Jesus as your Lord right now?
